1.Product introduction of PTC flexible heating sheet

The PI heater is made of two layers of adhesive polyimide films by hot pressing electric heating elements at high temperature, which is light and soft with good thermal conductivity. The main cross-section material is (0.05-0.15 m m)PI film +(0.03-0.15m m)PTC/ Ni-Cr alloy sheet/stainless steel and other heating elements with suitable physical properties, and the heating uniformity is good, so it can be used to cover the heated body.

2. Main features of PTC flexible heating sheet

(1). PI electrothermal film is a flexible heating element, which can be bent and used.

(2).Light weight and flexibility, good waterproof performance, fast heating, stable quality, moisture resistance and chemical corrosion resistance.

(4).Uniform temperature, high thermal efficiency and good toughness, which meet the U.S. UL94-V0 fire-resistant standard. High safety, long service life and not easy to age.

3. The main application of PTC flexible heating sheet

(1). Heating of new energy EV-PACK power battery, moistureproof of generator, tabletting machine, pharmaceutical machine, food vending machine, dental machine of insulation board, beauty machine, examination table of hospital, mobile food cart of household appliances (toilet, microwave oven, etc.), anti-freezing of physical and chemical equipment, hot plate, anti-freezing of measuring equipment in cold areas, preheating of insulation metal welding, heating of heat shrinkable tube, insulation of missile aviation equipment, heating room, burner gasification device and other fields.

(2). The installation is simple and convenient, and the heating element can be attached with double-sided tape or fixed on the heated body by mechanical method. All PI electric heating products can be customized according to the voltage, size, shape and power required by customers.
